Having created an SMS responder, you now can add messages to this. All you need to do is view your responder, and select '+ Add New Message' or 'would you like to create one now'.

Then, you simply fill in the required information (this process is exactly the same for both Email and SMS responders).

The key information you need to input here is as follows:

Name - Enter a unique name for your message, so you can identify this SMS message in the future!

Allow Resend? - If you select 'Yes', we'll try and send the message again, if you select 'No' we'll only try to send the message once.

Test Group - A test group allows you to A/B test messages

Send? - Here you can chose to either send the message β€˜immediatelyβ€˜ or β€˜After n minutes’

On Event - Chose which events you want to trigger your SMS responder, for example if you select 'when leads are processed' then the moment a lead is processed in Databowl, an message will be sent to the prospect.

Cancel Previously Sent Messages - Select 'Yes or 'No'.

SMS Provider - Select either Infobip or Twilio here (these are third party SMS providers, and are included in your Databowl licence). If you would like to know more about these providers and which might be more suitable for your needs, speak to a member of the team.

Sender - Enter the name/telephone number you want this message to be sent from (which will be displayed on the recipients phone).

Unsubscribe Number - Here, you select a telephone number that recipients will send STOP messages to (remember this needs to be included in the message). Again, these are provided and are therefore included in your licence.

Message - Type out your SMS message here (you will be prompted when you reach the character limit for a single text message - if the number of characters are exceeded then this will be sent in multiple SMS messages.

Add Rule Group - By default this message will be sent to all processed leads, you can change this by adding conditions (rule groups). If you have previously created a rule group and would like to apply this, then simply select it from the drop down menu, or create a new one.
