You’ll also see a “Spam Score” which tells you how likely it is that your email may be getting automatically detected as spam - You should aim to score less than 5 on this.

Creating a New Email Template
Clicking on the “Create New Email Template”
Once created, you’ll be able to use this template as part of your email responder. You can use the same template within multiple responders.
Here’s how to create your email template:
Give your email template a name. This will not be visible to the recipients, and is simply to help you identify the correct template in future.
Create Your Message. Databowl lets you create both an HTML message, and a plain text alternative. It is considered best-practice to add a plain text version in case the recipient cannot view the HTML version.
Preview Your HTML Message. You can do this by switching between “Source” and “Preview” tabs at the top of the HTML message box. Clicking “Preview” lets you see the message how the recipient will see it.
Click “Create”
This template will now appear in the drop-down menus asking you to select a template when you are setting up an email responder message.
Note: The personalisation of the dynamic content is not available on this section as the template has not been associated with a responder yet. You can do this when you select the template however any changes made will alter the template. This is important to remember if a template is being used by more than one responder for more than one message.
You can click on the "Show the available fields you can use in this message" to see the parameters you can use. Any fields associated with that campaign will also be displayed i when clicking "Show the available fields you can use in this message" such as the unsubscribe URL which is #{{unsubscribeUrl}}.
