Edit and add new Fields

This section only allows you to edit existing fields, or add them to your default fields list which will make it easier to set up new campaigns.

Default fields are automatically added to a campaign when you select the "Add Default fields" option on your campaign.

Clicking on "Edit" will open up options to update the field definition. You can select or deselect the default field option which will add the field to the default field settings.

If you edit the name of the field please note that this will require you to re-map any internal Databowl to Databowl mapping manually as the field name will have changed. It is not advisable to do this on fields that are currently being used.

Validation

This allows you to assign validation to that field as well as defining the parameter e.g. adding validation HLR would require HLR- Mobile as the parameter. Adding UKAddress as a validation has several Parameters such as UKAddress 1,2,3, Town etc.

Form field

If the field is to be used as a form field within the Databowl landing page section, you can define what type of field.

In the example below - ( a drop down with multiple selections) you can add the value option and display example (shown to the user) for all the options you wish to add.

Re-Ordering

On this section you can drag to re-order how they appear on the supplier integration document and campaign box.

You may also re-order the information fields. This can be done by providing a numbered order to each field in the right hand column, or by dragging them around your screen.

The order you place fields in on this screen will determine the order they show up within your campaigns, and will help you to keep things looking tidy and consistent.
