Whether you need to save Email Creatives or images like JPEGs or JPG, PNG's or GIFS (apparently pronounced JIF?), or maybe wording that is saved on something like a word doc, or even an amazing spreadsheet.... the Creative Files on our campaigns is what you need.
Share literally any type of the usual files that will help your suppliers run your campaign!
Let's run through the steps to add a creative file, and share access with your suppliers/affiliates it's really simple.
โ
Step 1 - Create
Click on the '+ Add Creative File' button (you'll see it as the last square in the campaign).
Step 2 - Add the details and File
Name your creative file
Just something memorable. If you've got multiple images, image1 doesn't help, but lead marketing image does.
Drag and drop your file to the drop zone
It's literally that easy!
and give your file a description.
Just something to add more context or even an instruction for people who will be using the creative files and may be new to the campaign.
This could be, say for an image, something like: Do not use this on Facebook.
From here, you can click the 3 dots on your file, and you'll be able to download the creative file, or specify sources and control their access (step 3).
โ
If you click download creative file, you'll see the URL for it in your browser address bar, and you can use this to embed on landing pages if required.
Step 3 - Add and Access
Once the file is uploaded you will be able to specify the suppliers/affiliates that have access by clicking the 3 dots menu.
By default, each asset you upload will be hidden from suppliers. You can toggle this setting on or off using 'Restrict to chosen Sources' toggle:
Now toggle individual suppliers on, or 'Enable All'
