Within the Mapping for Campaign forwarding - you can use the reformatting option to reformat fields (such as phone1) to be compatible with other systems.
You can create multiple rules for reformatting - they will be visible in the reformatting tab to review edit or delete.
Create A Reformatting Rule
Head to your forwarder and edit (or you can do this whilst setting up) and go to mappings.
When you have added a field, lets say phone1, you can click the icon as show below to bring up reformatting options
A new window will now show the reformatting options.
Select Phone
This will replace the format of the phone field.
In this example we'll use the phone number +441142111111
As dialled from the campaigns country
Would output a number 01142111111 is the option we wan here, but here's a breakdown of the other options.
International
Would output a number +441142111111
International (no leading+)
Would output a number 441142111111
Set the Priority
You can assign a priority order in which Databowl will run the checks e.g 1 and select the format
Set it Live
And that's it you're all good to set it live. Just remember to test the forwarder and get your client to confirm it's coming in as required!
