PLEASE NOTE: This is a fairly technical task and involves a little bit of coding, our support in this area goes as far as this document, but if you require further assistance we can be commissioned to do this whole work for you!!

To set up with a Connex dialer please follow these steps:

First, head to your campaign you're wanting to work with and create a new forwarder/

Delivery URL : https://il6jih4t05.execute-api.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com/v1/lead

HTTP Method: POST

Http Authenticatoion- basic

Enter your username /password

Add a headers for the following:

token = your token value from connex

X-Url = https://api5.cnx1.uk

Map the rest of your fields you require e.g

We now need to add the token as a static field in addition to it being a header.

To do this, we need to visit our old UI (at the moment this isn't possible in the current UI, but we're working on it, so accept our apologies for this)

Your campaign URL will be something like this:

https://instance.databowl.com/#/campaigns/100001/summary/lead-management

What we're going to do, is in your browser address bar, just delete the bit at the end so we're left with https://instance.databowl.com/#/campaigns/100001/

You're now in our old UI.

Edit your forwarder again, and add a new static field, map token = your token value

This will look like this:

Please note: that you will need to hard refresh the new user interface to see the new mappings that you previously added in the old UI.

Now you've got the forwarder set up, it's time to hit it with some tests.

Go back to the Current UI (add summary/lead-management back to the URL in the browser) and use the forward testing tool found under the options.

Once you've confirmed this is working OK, then also try submitting some test leads to test the whole process.
