The browser console log shows us errors, warnings, notices and other logs from your browsing session on Databowl.
โ€‹
The contents of it can be essential to understand how we can help resolve your issue.

If asked, we may need you to screenshot the contents of this log, focusing on any text that is in red, which is the errors. Or possibly copy and paste the contents of the log for us.

How to find your console log

Chrome

  • Right-click anywhere in the browser window and select Inspect from the pop-up menu.

  • Click on the "Console" tab which is to the right of "Elements".

Firefox

  • Access the Browser Console by selecting 'Web Developer' from the 'Tools' menu.

  • You'll then get the logs you need in a separate window.

Safari

  • In Preferences, select the Advanced > Show Developer menu in menu bar

  • Close Preferences

  • In the menu bar, select Developer > Show error console

Edge

  • Access Developer Tools From the main menu.

  • Click on the middle icon on the left side to get to the Console logs.

The next steps will be us investigating the contents of the log and this may need to be reviewed by developers as well as support... but it will give us a good indication of what we need to support you.
