Received

Let's start this with an easy one. You got leads πŸ‘

This just means the lead is received into the system, the status may change after this, say if it's going to be forwarded/

Pending

If you've uploaded a bulk amount of data, this status shows that the lead is queued in the system, but has yet to be processed. If you wait a little while, it should be processed and get updated to a new status. If it's stuck, then get in touch with us and we'll investigate.

Rejected

If the lead fails to meet the criteria on your campaign, this includes:
Validation, Deduplication Rule Groups, Suppression Files etc.

You can set the status to be rejected or flagged (amongst other options), and that's what's happened here.

You chose the rules you need.

Flagged

If the lead fails to meet the criteria on your campaign, it may be moved to a flagged status depending on the setup of your Validation, Deduplication Rule Groups, Suppression Files etc.

Flagged is also used if validation services require a re-attempt at a later time, eg: if a phone number is temporarily unreachable during a check, it may get re-checked again before being OK or rejected.

Rejected/Flagged

If the lead fails to meet the criteria on your campaign, whether that's validation, deduplication or a rule group, you can set the status to be rejected or flagged (amongst other options), and that's what's happened here.

You chose the rules you need.

Accepted

When you've forwarded the lead on, the API or system you forward to returns a response. These are then mapped. Accepted means it's all good :)

Client Rejected

When you've forwarding to a client and they don't like what you've forwarded it will come back as rejected (assuming you've mapped your API responses properly, sometimes if you've done this incorrectly, Success can be mapped as Rejected, so be sure to check the Responses on these leads to make sure).

Quarantine

With CAPs, when you reach the limit, you can set the remaining to quarantine, and then get these reprocessed in the next window.

Quarantine is also used when a supplier has temporarily been paused.

Sale

If you've imported sales, or have a lead update, then this status marks the lead as being sold
