How to cancel or pause your license/subscription?

Pausing your account

Sometimes things may need a little pause and a reset. We completely understand this.

Pausing the account is an option available on some contracts (please speak to support or your success team for more information on your contract).

Pausing allows you to stop gathering leads and leave your instance as it is, ready to come back to within an agreed amount of time.

You may still have to pay a small fee whilst on pause, and this is worked out based on the volume of data currently held in your instance.

1) Speak to Support

Raise a support request to initiate the process. Our team may ask a few questions and offer assistance to resolve any urgent issues.

2) Our Success Team will be in touch

Our success team will send an email and may request a call to set the process going.

3) Pausing the account

Your instance will be shut down meaning you will no longer be able to access any leads or content within it. All hosted LPs and domains will be switched off.

Cancellation

We're really sorry to hear you're looking to cancel your subscription and license with Databowl. Here's some information to assist you.

1) Speak to Support

3) Our accounts team will be in touch

Our accounts team will contact your directly to resolve any outstanding invoices.

4) Closing the account

Your instance will be shut down meaning you will no longer be able to access any leads or content within it. All hosted LPs and domains will be switched off.

5) Give us feedback

We're proud of our software, but understand that sometimes things aren't always perfect. The more we know about issues you faced, and what your decision to leave was, will help us assist our other customers and help us grow in the future.

A member of the success team will send you an exit form to fill out which will only take a few minutes to complete.
