This one is for your team mates as well as team mates of your sources and clients...

Inviting a teammate with the same email domain.

When you signed up for your account you gave us an email domain, and this can help users sign up quickly.

An email domain is the bit after the @ in their email address eg: domain.com.

So if this user is on the same email domain, then you can just send a link to https://account.databowl.com/register

Inviting a teammate with a different email domain.

If your teammate is using a different email domain, something like gmail.com when you're using domain.com, you'll need the account admin to invite them.

The account admin is the first person to register with the company.

The admin should log in, and visit https://account.databowl.com

If they scroll down to the team member list they will see a button where they can invite new users.

Users next steps...

Once they're invited, they'll follow the steps on our registration form and it will ask to join the existing company, they just need to CLICK YES! Then they can continue registering and confirm their details.

Managing user Roles

They now must ensure they visit your instance.

You may need to give them this eg: https://{instance}.databowl.com.

Once they are there, they can let you know, and you can amend their roles, set them as administrators to give them full access or something else, this guide can help with that.

CONGRATULATIONS! They're now a Databowl user.
