Running the "Campaign Supplier Summary" report will give you a detailed lead volume breakdown for one or more campaigns, itemised by individual data suppliers.

Your Campaigns

To begin, choose the campaigns you'd like to report on, this can be 1 or many! If you leave this blank it will display the results for all suppliers.

The Date Range

Next, select the date range you'd like to report on. We've got some handy pre-defined ranges or you set your own. Plus, if you don't select a date range, you can just view data for "All Time" by default (tho if you've got a lot, be prepared for a longer wait)..

Received or Updated

You can specify whether you'd like the report to include data received within the specified date range, or last updated within the specified date range. If you select "Received At Date", then the report will include all data that was first received within the range you set, regardless of whether it has since been updated or reprocessed. If you select "Last Updated Date", then the report will include any data that was updated within the range you set, even if it was received outside of this range. Updated data is normally data that has been reprocessed.

Run and view the report

Click "Run" to see the results of your report.

The overall campaign totals give you a lead volume breakdown for your entire campaign. You will see the total cost of all leads and a breakdown of leads based on their status. If you import sales back into Databowl the conversion rates and Cost per sale will populate -and will break down by each individual supplier.

Sub-supplier reporting

When toggling the sub-supplier report - this will break the data down into your sub suppliers. You can drill further down by toggling the categories to see how many records within your sub-suppliers were from each category.

Deviation: This column helps you to understand how each supplier is performing compared with the rest of your campaign. For example, if you notice that the deviation for "Rejected" leads is 20%, this means that this particular supplier's data rejection rate is 20% higher than the average rejection rate across the rest of the campaign.

Export Campaign: Clicking "Export Campaign" will let you export the data for this campaign from your chosen supplier. You'll be able to customise the details before you launch the export.
